No change to benefits. Unfortunately we discovered that, for some reason, DL's tiers were mapped 1:1 to FB, so DL Platinum and Diamond members were seeing +2 bags as well. So until the tier mapping is decoupled (hopefully in a few months), we reverted to showing only +1 bag in the digital channels, however at checkin the second bag will be accepted free of charge for FB Plat and Ulti members.
A small suggestion: maybe when “de-mapping” DL’s tiers, you can also remove Economy Comfort for Delta Diamond/Platinum, so they only get to choose KL Economy Comfort at online check-in (ie apply the same rules as they do for Flying Blue members).😉
