Practically zero. I assume you are flying to/from SFO or ORD, and these flights are almost always full, so much so that ANA routinely blocks seat selection in Y T-48.
If you prefer 2 seats together and an aisle, you might consider the back of the plane where there are a few rows of only 2 seats together. Some of those are free to pick, too, although I would assume most of the free ones are likely occupied by now.
