For people who receive their Priority Pass membership via a credit card, the ability to access PP restaurants is dictated by their credit card and is an all or nothing thing. Most credit cards (e.g. Chase, Amex, Capital One) have removed access to all PP restaurants, whereas others (e.g. Bank of America) still allow access to PP restaurants.
