The big positive change for my situation (as a Plat who's always in J) would be removing the lounge access benefit from STE+. The presence of those Y and PE flyers in the lounge creates overcrowding, so solving that would make things immeasurably better. I wouldn't even need a substitute benefit (since I'm not taking advantage of it).
(There are few enough ULTIs and they have their own areas that I guess I'd be okay with them keeping lounge access by virtue of status).
Getting the STE+ in Y out of the Sky Priority check-ins and security would also be a step forward as far as I'm concerned.

What are the reasons for a FF program if you did not have lounge access for FF ??? (and the skypriority)
Delta have a lots of NEGATIVE feedback about having remove the lounge entry to Y (PE still have access), I know personally a lounge "manager", and he told me this was the biggest source of complain from Delta FF (and from my understanding, Delta have begin to lose lots of FF to other airline).
