I didn't look at that because I don't tend to do multi-nights stays very often.

But it had to be reserved by September 2, so unless your offer was different than mine was, it's technically too late to do a new or changed booking. In other words, the stays had to completed by November 15, but had to booked by September 2.

And it said "eligible stay", so perhaps you didn't read Best Western's definition of "eligible stay". That may be where it defined the limits on checking out and checking back in, not in the specifics of this promos.

That's way many hotels do it, they come up with one definition of "eligible stay" and just use that term in their promos without necessarily spelling out in the promo what that term means.
