No the PHX-DTW segment in that itinerary is on a legacy A321, but I checked your suggestion, and the meal selections are not available there either. I called the DM line...not much help there either.
I was not aware of the no pre-select on the A321neo...my return flight from ATL on Wednesday is on a neo.
