Yes certainly the case, everyone has bad days. However it's my home base and I'll probably run into her again. Trying to figure out if there is anything more effective to say next time or a different way to handle it. I will not argue or cause a scene and it's ultimately their call, but want to be prepared.

Hilariously there were 60 empty seats. In her defense she probably didn't know that. Brings up another point, I always book it in advance so the flight doesn't sell out and get to a situation where someone is bumped.
