That's funny. When it comes to claims, especially about others, I would trust an official looking document or records over what anyone writes, here on FT or anywhere else. Doesn't matter who the person is. No offense/disrespect against anyone here, but claiming "facts" about another person's travel details - that's a bit rich. Documented evidence in hand, or it didn't happen - it's not a "fact" at that point, no matter how much one can claim otherwise.
