Ever seen any AC dish that was "very spicy hot?"
For the record, we just ordered the black cod (as us pedestrians know "sablefish") on an upcoming flight Nov. 8.
Because it's a very oily fish, it should survive the standard AC in flight overreheating much better than other fishes.
