Here’s a look at the inside of the DTW Panera meals , several sorts of cold sandwiches, only a few of the Club sandwich and chicken salad , most of the cabin got stuck with a Mediterranean vegetarian sandwich which did not go over too well.

I had the Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich on my DTW-IAH flight this morning. I thought it was very good. There were two other options as well: A Turkey Sandwich and another that I really couldn't understand what the FA said. As in your case, my sandwich came in a Panera box and also included Kettle Chips and a sizeable cookie.
