I have a few DL flights this week and the pre-order meal selection has been hit and miss. My PHX-ATL flight on Monday morning got the usual pre-order options sent out, but my return ATL-PHX on Wednesday (during dinner time) did not, nor is there a pre-order button in the DL app on this segment. Also I have a PHX-DTW-FRA leg on Thursday...and I was expecting this to be a problem. But on Thursday, I received the email to pre-order my meal for the DTW-FRA segment, but not the PHX-DTW, again there is no pre-order button available on that flight. I am guessing with the catering issues in DTW, international flights are being prioritized to get catering from other locations. i am still not sure why I can't pre-order meals on other domestic flights that do not include DTW departures???
