I am BA Gold (Emerald OW) and I haven't been able to select a seat for free. I got them selected by using chat, but it still kept trying to get me to pay for them on Finnair.com, and wion't allow me to change seats without charging me. It's also inviting me to pay for a lounge that I am already entitled to be in. The flight is an expensive C bucket single from ICN to LHR. Is Finnair so desperate for cashflow that it's trying to scam people into paying for things that are included????
