I guess its a game of words but my exact was "quite close" ties. Which I still believe is the case with Strawberry offering a top tier Platinum (60+ nights) status match for AY elites.
When i look at ALL's cooperation with AF/KL-FB and QR which supposedly is much closer the value is stingy in comparison with a Strawberry top tier match.
