Dear all,

I have requested two claims for the same hotel with different dates. One had a massive difference but the other only was just 150 USD in a 3000 USD reservation.

I got a denial in the one with small difference the other was approved in 5 hours ( from 3000 to 2100)
They claim that the difference is only 44 cents, instead of the 150 USD that I evidenced with screenshots from booking and Agoda. I have replied several times, and they insist that they Marriot rate is lower by 44 cents but they give no evidence at all.

My question, can I ask for a proof of what they see? I have checked it dozens of times and all of them the rate without taxes and and fees is always lower in 100 USD than in my reservation. I have even check it through different computers and localisations.

Another issues is, that rates are overall higher than yesterday, although still lower in booking than in Marriot. I am thinking about cancel this reservation and make another one, but if they would never give evidences, it would be useless, as the difference will still be around 150 USD.

Any suggestions?
