Have an upcoming flight in premium economy with the choices being Chicken Alla Norma (roasted chicken with farro and mixed sauteed vegetables - though eggplant is usually part of Chicken Norma), or Spinach Ravioli Pasta (four cheese filled ravioli with cheese and black pepper sauce). Hoping that it's not too late to respond. I had the Chicken Alla Norma and thought the sauce was really salty. It could could have been the catering out of DUB, but I probably wouldn't order it again. That said, I enjoyed the farro.
