Stayed here past few days. I’ll echo the comments above. The hotel looks a bit worn out, but overall it was a good stay. I found all the staff to be efficient, professional, and cheery. I like the 24/7 M Club, which has limited food offerings in the evening even on weekends and a decent breakfast during the week. Four elevators for 8 floors, so never more than a few seconds wait. Decent fitness center.

If you’re considering staying here, I recommend calling the hotel to see if there is a cruise line departure during your stay. Boarding is right across the street from the hotel. If so, plan on the hotel being full the night before, the lobby packed with cruise ship passengers (some of whom may not even be hotel guests but just using the lobby as a departure lounge), and a really long line for the restaurant when it opens for breakfast the morning of the ship departure.
