In very simple terms, CGK is not a good airport for transit. They do not have staffed transit desks,
I-I transit is not very common here, airport staff are not aware of procedures, and those procedures
will change depending on the person you are speaking to.
I would never attempt an I-I transfer here with a short time frame, unless it was all Garuda on one ticket.
