I used the Ulti lane, which as you know, is shared with P pax, diplomatic passports, handicapped persons, foreign crews, and also tons of other persons that believe they have priority...

I was walking toward the PAF booth and there were may be about 12 persons before me, including one P pax, several handicapped persons and 3 "migrants" accompanied by a UN person and it was not moving at all. Only one booth was manned in this part and this single booth was shared between our lane and a regular pax lane. It was taking forever for each person (I was seeing a lot of checking of documentation, lots of questions asked). And, as always when you are in this lane, every 30s, you have people arriving on your left believing they have priority over everyone else (an AF captain who is not supposed to go through this way, some "I don't know what" who had some badges, etc). At one point, we reached 15 people in this unofficial lane. The ADP agent was getting mad (understandable). It took me 30 min to go through

I clearly noticed a deterioration for this arrival Ulti lane over the last months. It's more and more messy and takes longer. But this was the worst I had recently.
A couple years ago, when AF managed to get a dedicated P lane at immigration , there was very few other kind of « priority » PAX.
Since end of July 24, AF is using an other path for P PAX.
Could be that since then the former P lane is used by a vast public, which causes the inconvenient you describe.
