I am mostly concerned that I might be stuck paying an exorbitant fee for liability when I pick up the car.
In addition, I noticed that KLM charged "0.00" for the airport recovery charge, customer facility fee, and vehicle licensing fee. I think this is why booking through KLM was cheaper. Will Hertz demand I pay these when I pick up the car at SEA?
I just checked my booking and oddly, both LDW and LIS appear with a cost of “0.00” even though I did not add them.
I believe with bookings made in the UK that the liability and CDW are a part of the base rental charge and that is why it shows 0 for the extra charge on those. I am not even sure that you would need any extra liability with these already included.
