Beer three is the Experimental Helles. These are beers that they make only once. This one was a bit odd, it had a tang I just could not identify, almost cabbage without being nasty, if that makes any sort of sense what so ever!

Edit: All three beers were lightly hoppy, and for me they were a bit Meh! Not awful, but equally not somewhere I’d seek out again.
