Adding Liability to Third Party Booking at SEA
I'm renting a car for nine days and booked through a third party, KLM. I got a substantially better price but there was no option to add third party liability insurance. I see that Hertz sells this for roughly $11 per day when booking direct. Is there a way I can add this now or when I pick up the car? Will the price be the same? I am mostly concerned that I might be stuck paying an exorbitant fee for liability when I pick up the car.

In addition, I noticed that KLM charged "0.00" for the airport recovery charge, customer facility fee, and vehicle licensing fee. I think this is why booking through KLM was cheaper. Will Hertz demand I pay these when I pick up the car at SEA?

I just checked my booking and oddly, both LDW and LIS appear with a cost of “0.00” even though I did not add them.
