As for the Hyatt Place Las Colinas, it is an older property, a bit tired. BUT, always sufficient, everything works, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is always fresh, restocked with ample options (for a Hyatt Place).

This property is accessible by the DART Light Rail from Terminal A at DFW. 15 minutes to the Hidden Ridge stop. Then maybe a three minute walk.

Please exercise all due caution when using DART Light Rail (open drug use, smells like actual feces, violence).

Another Hyatt option is the on-airfield newer DFW Hyatt Place. Wonderful property overall, shuttle runs frequently. Or can use the Rental Car Shuttle, then it’s maybe a few hundred yards walk (thru the administration building parking garage).

As for the Hotel Vin (Autograph Collection) in Grapevine, it is also accessible by public transit. Take the newer TEXRail Train from Terminal B. About a ten minute ride. Very nice train, but as I recall, it runs infrequently.
