I’m currently in Havana and there’s a national blackout. I wanna change my flight from HAV PTY YYZ, but it seems there’s no free waiver for HAV

I tried to transfer points from Marriott’s to COPA but after 2 hours, there’s no sign of the miles of being deposited.

I’m hoping to book a flight to get out of HAV but seems like the line

Anything to expedite it? Or should I ask an agent to offer me free changes?
