I’m trying to book 6 J seats KIX - LAX for 2026 so I’m trying to prepare my game plan. Currently have points in CX and AS. I’ve noticed JL will release 2 J seats to CX when the calendar opens. Is there data points where JL will continue to release seats to partners CX/ AS at a later date. My expectation is we will get 2 in J and 4 economy but in a perfect world I would love all 6 in J even if I have to book 2 at a time as seats are released. Thoughts or strategies? Thanks in advance
You can split 2/2/2 across the KIX nonstop (four days a week), NRT, and HND flights departing on the same calendar day in LAX. The KIX folks get a worse hard product but a nonstop; the Tokyo ones have an extra connecting flight. Everyone meets up that night in Osaka.
