Per the site
Eligible flights will be noted as "Break from Business" on the flights results page.
For discount business fares IME this is around 3% may be 5% for middle level business fares. Full fare business might be 10-15%

Complimentary starter memberships does not include fare discount/ Regular membership is $600 to $1,000 annually

Terms and Conditions:

FoundersCard Members must request enrollment in the United Corporate Direct portal by following the steps above. After requesting enrollment, it can take up to two weeks for your enrollment to be processed. Members will only be permitted to be enrolled in a single United Corporate Direct portal at one time.

Members can only be affiliated with one corporate account at a time. If you need assistance unlinking your MileagePlus account from another company to be added to the FoundersCard benefit please contact us."

For Business Travel:
Once your enrollment request is processed, login to your MileagePlus account on United.com, and you will see a new dropdown under the search flights box that says "Business Travel". Discount only applicable for individual Member travel, and only when booked through your MileagePlus account with "Business Travel" selected through our offer. Does not apply retroactively. Eligible flights will be noted as "Corporate fare" on the flights results page. Only applicable to US and Canada originating flights. Other eligibility requirements and restrictions may apply.

For Personal Travel (up to 9 passengers per reservation):
Once your enrollment request is processed, login to your MileagePlus account on United.com, and you will see a new dropdown under the search flights box that says "Break from Business". Eligible flights will be noted as "Break from Business" on the flights results page. The "Break from Business" discount varies by cabin and fare class. The offer applies to published fares in all cabins and class of service, with the exception of Basic Economy. These fares are not combinable with other discounted fares, such as other private fares. Break from Business travel must include MileagePlus® account holder as part of the reservation.
