Cannot seem to get my star alliance upgrade waitlist request confirmed. Flight is from CDG to IAD on UA. Fare class M. I get to the end on ANA's website, but upon pressing confirm, I get this message: "System error (UA /118)"

I realize the likelihood of getting the award is slim, but I have a pile of ANA points, so thought I'd put my hat in the ring.

Any help would be appreciated.
