1. In addition to Air California and Hawaiian Air, I agree with you that we can add one more airline to this list: Emerald Air.

In 1983, Emerald Air was operating scheduled passenger service wholly within the state of Texas with flights serving Austin, Corpus Christi, Houston, McAllen and San Antonio with DC-9-10 jet equipment as well as with Fairchild F-27 and Fairchild Hiller FH-227 turboprops. Here's their timetable....

And besides Omaha and Wichita, Emerald Air subsequently served Oklahoma City as well.
