I have a different problem. When I fill in all requested info, the screen doesn't like YVR or LHR (usually comes up with the full name) and class shows 'X'. This has been on going for about a week. I'm in no hurry so, I'll wait.

Were you able to book with the CV voucher before? I'm trying to understand if this is a temporary issue or you always have to call to book a flight using CV?
