was flying this week thursday the other direction CDG-ZRH on the A220. A few days before the seat next to me got greyed out, which led me to think that seat blocking did its job. However, I ended up sitting next to another person and noticed while looking around a few empty seats. I'm not sure if it is ideal to have this job running on T-xy. Why not block the seat right after booking? We all understand in case the flight is full, these blocked seats will need to be released, but at least it could be avoided that the seat is taken by another pax.
