I would go to Mandarin Oriental or Sereno. Always had a good time there with the family. Tremezzo and Passalacqua are both packed with influencers and we did not like the attitude of the staff. Seemed liked they were looking down on us (Asian family with grandparents and children), and the management was present but only swooning over influencers and travel agents.
Stayed at both Passalaqua and Tremezzo. No problems with staff attitude. Also had no problems with influencers. Nevertheless I can't recommend Tremezzo. Mediocre, but expensive food, not so nice rooms. Passalaqua is instead very nice.
