I have had the same problem both times I tried to use the voucher on the website. On both occasions, one of them being yesterday I had to call them. I explained that I couldn't do the booking myself and there was no cost and no issue just the pain of waiting on the phone! It is helpful if you have the flights you want handy so you can pass that info on to the person on the phone.

The problem is that our travel date is end of October 2025, so will be available in 3 weeks, and we will be travelling when that date becomes available, so will be a bit problematic to call.
I'm curious if anyone was able to use the voucher online in the past or this is a permanent problem.
