Even flying UA business only granted access to SEN with UA Gold (*A Gold equivalent) since SEN is technically like a F lounge and Lh had separate “business” status lounge that was rightfully not as great as SEN. So if you’re at lifetime 700k and you plan to fly globally for another 10-20 plus years, then definitely go for that 1M status. Once I realized that I flew globally enough and that parenthood wouldn’t allow budget for further global travel, I became a free agent - 2 years after my final global trip with UA (and their LH partner).
I'm not sure that I would equate the SEN lounge to an F lounge, but it is nicer than the Business lounge.

Boraxo: E+ at time of booking, BG1, free checked bags and lounge access on international flights without needing to qualify every year are the benefits that matter. Since I'm flying much less for work than I used to, I wouldn't even qualify for Silver. I've already gotten 5-6 years of Gold based on MM status, and that will hopefully continue for many years.
