I'm not sure that I would equate the SEN lounge to an F lounge, but it is nicer than the Business lounge.

I'm with Boraxo: E+ at time of booking, BG1, free checked bags and lounge access on international flights without needing to qualify every year are the benefits that matter. Since I'm flying much less for work than I used to, I wouldn't even qualify for Silver. I've already gotten 5-6 years of Gold based on MM status, and that will hopefully continue for many years.
