Hello all,

I just got my companion voucher and trying to use it with no success.

I see 2 ways to use it:

Option #1. Go to "My account", click on "Redeem", then I get the following screen:



When clicking on "Get flights", I get an error "Sorry, there seems to be a technical problem."



Option #2. Go directly to "Book flight with Avios", then I see:


I click on "Get flights", it goes through the whole process, and I can book, but the number of avios is not cut by half. It's like the system ignores the CV.

What am I doing wrong? Or is it some kind of glitch?
