Largely depends on the (presumably) AF flight is on time (was a little late the only time I've taken it and running 35 minutes late today so likely guaranteed misconnect with checked bags). You'll need to navigate the kiosks (have never used them) and most likely see a CBSA officer anyway, and exiting customs after baggage claim always has a line (may not be long but still). If you are fortunate, your bags may be out within 25-30mins of arrival (so immigration may not be as much of a factor if at all). It'd appear the close connection bags (usual reason for the delay - due to large number of pax connecting from India) come out ahead of priority-tagged ones. 5 minutes upstairs to transborder checkin. You'll need a physical GE card to access priority security and go through U.S. preclearance (don't need a GE card for this technically but security may not let you get to the kiosks), which may take all of 5 mins on a slow day but a lot longer on others (e.g., during cruise season) and then 5-10 minute walk to the gate. And then you have check-in cutoff (usually 1 hr). I guess it depends on how flexible your ticket to SFO is.

Looks like for the last 11 AF379 flights, only 4 have arrived within 15 mins of STA and 5 >30 mins after STA.
