Can see availability online, but agent can’t see?
Hello,
I have seen some JAL j seats available on Cathay cts-hnd-lax, also same set of tickets available on AA (bookable, tested). However, when I call Cathay agent to book, I was told by multiple reps that they were not able to see the same tickets I saw.
I checked for a few different sets in different days, they weren’t able to see any of them. It seems like this problem more applies to tickets that has a transit within Japan, not the Tokyo origin tickets. Does anyone have the same experience?
