I had the 4% giftcards.com offer (capped at $32) activated on all my Citicards. I successfully used it on two, and was just about to use it on the third, but decided to double-check which card to use. Turns out Citi has downgraded the offer to 1.5%. It still shows as activated. Nice bait and switch, Citi!

On the other two cards I see new 1.5% offers that can’t be activated.
