I think its fair to get EQM for miles flown-- some shill who used 200K to fly SEA-DUB in Y because they desperate or insane v. someone who found a 55K and 400 USD FCO-SEA J ticket on BA should be getting the same number of miles for the amount they traveled, not the COS bonus.
