I'm convinced there's no such thing as a platinum line. Rather we just get booted to the front of the queue, with the calls flagged with our magnificence - something some agents respond to, others not so much . Maybe I'm wrong, but my calls haven't systematically connected to the crème de la crème of QR's agents.
