It was interested to read the press release. Thank you. Finally, no focus on sustainability which makes it impossible to read almost any KLMs announcement, but real investors message. 8% profit margin seems a quite good for a EU business. From the passenger’s perspective a see a clear message: we will introduce paid meal onboard.
Dutch frugality is nothing to be proud off when it is related to international product. When regular customers select a carrier, they care only about ticket price, hard and soft product. If the airline wishes to be competitive, it must comply with the general market standard. Nobody cares if employees of one airline travel to work by truck and work 6 days per week or by bicycle and enjoy 4 days hybrid working week.
