I had a colleague fly London to Sydney around the same time, one way with BA F and the other way Business Suites, and preferred MH, so YMMV.
As mentioned above, a big difference will be range and knowledge of alcohol onboard. Occasionally MH will have some good vintage champagne but I believe it’s cynically loaded for quite a short time so they can submit themselves to the “cellar in the skies award”.

I had to ask for the Comtes and much preferred it over the Duval.
I've not experienced BA F but I did like the MH Suites.
Had a fantastic crew and no issues with noise from the galley.
Only 2 gripes
1. The toilet seemed to be locked out of use for a long time to stop J passengers coming forward to use it.
2. Very little overhead baggage space (also a problem in J). This is mainly because there are no overhead bins over the center seats. Suggest to board quickly and grab the space asap.
