I flew DTW-ICN on Wednesday.
Catering was definitely off. I did get the Korean meal I ordered, but it was served as one tray with no banchan. There was still a midflight snack and a landing meal. Sauces weren’t available (the FA told me not to get something specifically, then showed me that it was basically dry noodles) and many drinks were spotty at best. There was no pre-departure bubbly (no champers on the flight at all). No dessert.
The crew did their best with what they had, but it was certainly not up to what usually happens in D1.
