Any advice on how to actually book a day room? There are a couple of options on this website: https://www.dayuse.com/l/airport-day...otel-hong-kong

But I quite fancy the Regal because it's connected to the terminal. Others in this thread have suggested it but I can't see where to book it.

Landing 6.50am, self connecting and leaving @ 22.45pm, CX-BA.

Yes, I *could* go to town, but I'll be doing that on the outbound leg for which I have a 28.5 hour layover, and I've been before a few times...priority is just to catch up on sleep, maybe a gym/spa session.
