By the time you get out of Sentral and find where the Grab will pick you up you will have likely walked further/taken more time than if you just changed onto the metro at Sentral. Honestly you come out of the airport express and the red line is right upstairs (make sure you have some small bills for a ticket). If one person and 1-2 bags a regular Grab from KLIA to Chinatown is around MR80 from memory but will take close to an hour vs airport express RM55 (I think) and 30 mins plus RM2 and probably 20 mins metro from Sentral to Petaling Jaya.
