on the booking page, when i tried to redeem the ticket, it says it's value fares:

---- Quote ---- Available on all Amtrak routes, Value Fares are not changeable, but offer some refund options. These are the regular rate for fares. Like Sale Fares, the availability of Value Fares is limited.
  • Refunds: 25% cancellation fee if canceled prior to departure; 75% refunded to original form of payment.

is it possible to share your finding of this no cancellation panalty page? Thanks!!
