BA296 ORD - LHR has been cancelled. Offered us a flight on the 19th (2 days later) but we are only going for a concert and will miss it if we take that. We are flying back on the 22nd.

Unfortunately for us it’s classed as a “holidays” booking due to us adding a rental car to the flights, and so the desk agents here are refusing to help us. They gave us a number to call that’s not open until tomorrow. We live in Washington state. Our direct SEA -LHR was cancelled. We were rebooked via ORD and now we are left here in ORD with nowhere to go and a flight two days later than we booked. Club World tickets. OWS although this flight would have taken us to OWE.

Have not even been offered a hotel at ORD.
