I had a colleague fly London to Sydney around the same time, one way with BA F and the other way Business Suites, and preferred MH, so YMMV.

As mentioned above, a big difference will be range and knowledge of alcohol onboard. Occasionally MH will have some good vintage champagne but I believe it’s cynically loaded for quite a short time so they can submit themselves to the “cellar in the skies award”.
