I now fear for the menu on BA292 from IAD. Does this "Goodnight" service mean the dinner service is going to be nothing more than a late evening snack? Are the in-flight crew going to become Victorian nannies, sternly admonishing us to go to sleep?
Very much so from my recent experience on BA292. The 'meal' was delivered with haste, distain and visible annoyance. How dare I request a meal and not opt for a wine and saucer of cheese like most of the others.
The others were in fact wiser, the meal of bbq short ribs was not good.
