If you're light on luggage you can take the airport express from KLIA, then it's just one stop on the metro to Petaling Jaya station and a 5 minute walk. Alternatively a large Grab car that can fit multiple suitcases is around RM110 from KLIA to the hotel, probably ok at 2100 but heading back for a 1025am departure traffic might be an issue.
I will be storing 2nd luggage in KUL. Will drag a luggage with me to the hotel. I probably KLIA it and then Grab from Sentral? I guess I'll see how adventerous I am when it's that late (Grab from Sentral vs metro)
There's a famous Kaya Toast breakfast place directly across the street from the hotel, always lines in the morning. Along the street from the hotel to the Chinatown market entrance are several asian restaurants (Chinese bao, korean BBQ from memory). Inside the market area there's Asam Laksa Petaling Street which has fantastic asam and curry laksa for RM10 a bowl.
