Yes. The flight time is over an hour longer.
Normal routing, subject to seasonal winds, is straight north over Iran and then very northerly over Greenland.
QR haven’t yet resumed full flying over Iran and therefore the route is currently through Iraq, Turkey and then Europe.
They should really be adjusting the published block times.
