Who is your favorite (and least favorite) BA-focused YouTuber?

I have to say mine is Matt from Matt's Planet. He seems like a thorough gentleman and makes extremely informative videos. Sometimes I watch his videos just for fun. I fully expect him to be in the next safey video.

Side-note: It also startles me how much preferential treatment he gets from BA. I remember him saying he got 20,000 avios for this, 30,000 avios for that. Little things like not having a menu. I fly on F on each plane where it's available, am Gold, and there was one flight where BA just didn't bother giving a first-class meal service. I got 0, nada lol.

EDIT: Since this became not very BA-focused, I thought id write my options about YouTube aviation bloggers in general.

Non-stop Dan
The production quality and general level of intelligence in his videos is actually quite high. I do watch his updates. His hardcore veganism, and subsequent complaining when you don't get milk-free milk, annoys me. His irrational and tiresome bashing of BA annoys me too. He is a bit whiney... But overall, he's okay. Someone you could easily hate for the reasons mentioned, but when you watch his videos, they're pretty good.

Noel Phillips
I used to love his videos. He would throw in the occasional gaffe like calling the Acropolis in Athens, the Apocalypse lol Im sure a lot of it was intentional .His first round the world video was fantastic. But then ever since he moved to the USA, his videos have just become a little boring. He also has developed this incredibly patronizing tone. I don't think its intentional, but he talks to the viewer as if he's talking to a 5 year old. I don't watch his updates anymore (I used to).

Paul Lucas
Seems like a great guy. I think he has a life as a Surfshark salesman in his future life, though. Haha - overall, good videos, with the person in the videos giving off a very good vibe. I watch his updates.

Trek Trendy
Yeh superficial and cliched comes to mind. I think in a few years time, Gen AI will be able to completely produce Trek Trendy videos. They just totally and completely lack any character or soul. Some of his content is interesting but for the opportunities he has, it's so superficial and boring. I think what YTbers need to realize is that it's not about just turning up with a big check book anymore, it's about having an interesting opinion or perspective. Everyone knows what EK first looks like, now tell us about where First class is going as an industry, and why... I don't follow his updates.

Jeb Brooks
Definitely a fan of this guy. He is too positive, though. He doesn't complain enough. If he made more balanced reviews, id put him up there with Matt. He's much broader than Matt too. I don't follow his updates.

Josh Cahill
Can't say I watched much of him. But after seeing what his videos did to all those innocent Qatar staff, I have lost all respect for him. It's outrageous that he's profiting off all those people apparently getting fired. I don't follow.

FlipFlopTraveller
Overall his reviews are pretty good, high production quality. I did lose a lot of respect for him after his SQ first class review, where he essentially complained about the inefficient use of space as his reason for not enjoying the experience. I mean, yes it's your opinion, but try and be a bit more objective. Overall good though.I follow.
